CQS Global
Convertible Fund

Fund Description

CQS' Global Convertible Strategy seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns over the medium- to-long term through investment in a portfolio of carefully selected convertible securities across global markets. The portfolio is prudently constructed, focusing on diversification by geography, industry and individual security, with the aim of maximising the asymmetry of upside potential with downside protection. The Strategy focuses on companies that demonstrate strong quality and ESG characteristics, as well as adaptability and resilience in the transition to a low carbon economy. The Fund is classified as Article 8 under SFDR and has a commitment to achieve better ESG ratings and lower carbon intensity than the index (Refinitiv Global Focus Index) and the investment universe.

Investor Benefits

Access to the Convertible bond universe: Equity upside potential with bond-floor protection.

The Fund targets 6-8% net returns p.a. through the cycle with low volatility (expected 5-7% annualised over the cycle).

The Fund is classified as Article 8 under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). This Article 8 categorisation reflects the binding commitments the Fund has made.

¹Target returns are estimated and net of anticipated fees, expenses and income reinvested. They are based on long-term performance projections of the investment strategy and market conditions at the time of modelling and are therefore subject to change. There is no guarantee that any target return can be achieved. Investors should not place any reliance on such target return in deciding whether to invest in the Fund. Target returns are for illustrative purposes only.
